Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch with rigorous quality checks. Since our products involve intricate hand-block printing and botanical dyeing, standard handling may take a brief moment to ensure absolute perfection.
Domestic & International Delivery Timelines
- Inside West Bengal: Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Outside West Bengal (Rest of India): Delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 working days.
- International Orders: Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 working days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Shipping Charges & Courier Partners
We charge a minimal and transparent flat shipping fee of âš60 per domestic order. We partner with reliable courier networks such as India Post Speed Post and DTDC Express. Live tracking information is automatically shared with you via WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is shipped.
đ 2. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Window
You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the 12-hour window has passed or the package has been handed over to our courier partners for dispatch, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We ensure strict quality control before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by reaching out via WhatsApp (+91 7003559282) or email (harappatextileofficial@gmail.com). Please provide a complete unboxing video and clear photographs for swift verification.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a return or replacement request is reviewed and approved, refunds are securely processed back to your original mode of payment (UPI or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 working days.
